What do you look in your phone network,is it a good internet connection,
good call quality or just the pricey of the network, either cheap or expensive. Here is a list of a good cellular networks in Tanzania
1.
VODACOM
This is my number one choice in terms of everything especially the internet connection. This network has the best and the fastest internet connection compared to other networks. If you are more of an internet user like me i highly recommend it. Its a little pricey but you are getting your money's worth
2.
HALOTEL
Not many people use this network in Tanzania, for me who i use it, it one of the best. It has good internet connection which is fast,call quality is great too.
3.
AIRTEL
It is more of an international network,you can use it in different countries like India,South Africa,Kenya. As i said it more of an international network,you get good internet speed,good call quality and you can even send money to different countries through their Airtel money service
4.
TTCL
This network is owned by the Tanzanian government and it has been well upgraded in recent years to become one of the best networks in Tanzania especially the internet connection by introducing 4G. If you have a phone that supports 4G you will enjoy this network and it also cheap since it is a home based network
5.
TIGO
It is a good network and many people use it in Tanzania, but where it fails most is the internet even though it has 4G. In some places the connection is very good and in some places its worst. It also has become pricey recently
6.
ZANTEL
It operate mainly in Zanzibar which is is a semi autonomous region of Tanzania. It is a good network in all aspects. If you are in Zanzibar I highly recommend it but in main land Tanzania not so much
